The former cattle shed and hay barn has been fully transformed and renovated into the largest gite which can sleep up to eight adults and children in four bedrooms.


The ground floor is dominated by a large, spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area with two sets of double doors leading onto a covered south-facing terrace overlooking the garden. The terrace (5.5 x 3 metres) has ample space for a large table with chairs for eating out in the shade. The traditional hand-built kitchen is fully quipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas oven with gas hob, as well as a washing machine. The large central island helps to connect those preparing food in the kitchen with the rest of the group in or outside on the terrace. The dining area has a table and chairs with seating for up to eights guests.


Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room - ideal for anyone with limited mobility.


There are two sitting rooms on the first floor - one indoors and one outdoors on a spacious terrace with wonderful views across the countryside to the Pyrenees. Both are furnished in a comfortable and cosy traditional style with a CD player, a TV monitor and DVD player,  games and a selection of books to read.


On the first floor, there is a also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.  This room faces north with views across rolling countryside.


The second floor has two bedrooms. The first is a dormitory-style bedroom ideal for young children but which can can be transformed into a twin room for adults. There is a further single bedroom. Also, on the second floor, there is a separate bathroom with bath, loo and basin. 


When needed, heating of La Grange is with central heating on the ground floor and in the bedrooms and an environmentally friendly wood burning stove in the sitting room.

All linen and towels are provided and cots highchairs can be provided if advance notice is given.
