You have come to www.manzac.com, a website for three traditional, luxury self-catering holiday "gites" in the truly spectacular, peaceful and relaxing countryside of the Ariege in SW France.

RENTAL SEASONS

High Season rates apply in July and August.

Mid Season rates apply in April, May, June, September, October, Christmas and New Year.

Low Season rates apply in January, February, March, November, December (excluding Christmas & New Year).

During the High Season (July and August), gites are only rented out on a weekly basis. Weekly rental during High Season is from Saturday to Saturday.

At all other times of the year, rental periods in all the gites can be of varying length with flexible start and finish dates subject to availability.

RENTAL RATES FOR 2010

High Season

High Season rates apply in July and August


"L'Écurie"- accommodation for up to 4 - 5 people ................ €780 / week (approx £700)

"Le Logement"- accommodation for up to 6 - 7 people ......... €1170 / week (approx £1065)

"La Grange"- accommodation for up to 8 - 10 people ........... €1560 / week (approx £1420)

High Season Special Rates

A single booking which rents La Grange and Le Logement together will be subject to a 7.5% reduction on the normal combined weekly rate for both gites - a discount of €200.

A single booking which rents L'Ecurie, La Grange and Le Logement together will be subject to a 10% reduction on the normal combined weekly rate for all three gites - a discount of €350

Mid Season Rates

Mid Season rates apply in April, May, June, September, October, Christmas & New Year


"L'Écurie"- accommodation for up to 4 - 5 people ................. €720 / week (approx £650)

"Le Logement"- accommodation for up to 6 - 7 people .......... €1080 / week (approx £980)

"La Grange"- accommodation for up to 8 - 10 people ............ €1440 / week (approx £1300)

Low Season

Low Season rates apply from November to March inclusive, (excluding Christmas & New Year).


"L'Écurie"- accommodation for up to 4 - 5 people ................. €660 / week (approx £600)

"Le Logement"- accommodation for up to 6 - 7 people .......... €990 / week (approx £900)

"La Grange"- accommodation for up to 8 - 10 people ............ €1320 / week (approx £1200)


This includes a small extra charge to cover additional heating and electricity costs.

Prices Include :-

* Self catering accommodation in your gite.
* Cleaning before each rental period and on the middle Saturday if rental is for two weeks.
* All gas and electricity.
* Linen and towels (including towels for the swimming pool).
* Assistance with making reservations for activities, restaurants etc etc.
* Advice on things to do / places to visit.
* For winter bookings, firewood for the wood burner.

PAINTING HOLIDAY PRICES 2010

The prices for Painting Holidays at Manzac d'en Bas in 2010 are as follows

Price per person per week (7 days all included less two visits to local restaurants)

The all inclusive rate for these holidays will normally be between £700 and £800.

The food, accommodation and transport costs are payable in €€€ while the tutors payments are normally made in £££s

Please note, those participants who share a bedroom will each receive a 12% discount on their food, accommodation and transport costs.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payments can be made through Visa/Mastercard, by bank transfer or by a Euro cheque

Please note payments by Visa/Mastercard will be subject to a 1.5% fee.

For instance therefore, to pay for one weeks rental of L'Écurie in summer using Visa/Mastercard would cost €12.
